Turning Complexity into Engineering Capability.
I help engineering teams and organizations reduce complexity, improve collaboration, and build engineering capabilities that enable people to work more effectively.
Over the last 20+ years I have worked across embedded systems, platform development, security, Linux, distributed software, and software architecture. While technologies changed, one thing remained constant: I enjoy understanding complex systems, creating structure, connecting people, and helping organizations solve technical challenges in a sustainable way.
Throughout my career I have deliberately moved into unfamiliar technical domains. I enjoy learning how new systems work, connecting ideas across disciplines, and translating complexity into practical engineering approaches that others can build upon.
Today my work combines systems architecture, technical leadership, engineering enablement, and AI-assisted engineering. I enjoy creating reusable engineering practices, supporting technical decision-making, and helping teams adopt new technologies successfully.
Designing scalable software-intensive systems and reducing architectural complexity.
Supporting engineering teams through architectural guidance, mentoring, and technical decision-making.
Creating reusable engineering practices, documentation, onboarding concepts, and knowledge transfer that help organizations become more effective.
Applying modern AI tools to improve engineering workflows, architecture work, documentation, and software development.
